What we sell
We sell practice exams for IT certifications, delivered online as digital content. Nothing is shipped. You use the exams in your account on this website. These terms apply to every order you place with us.
Orders and payment
The price and the payment methods are shown at checkout before you pay. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not see or store your full card details.
Access to your exams
Access starts immediately after payment. At checkout we ask you to confirm that you want instant access and that you understand your statutory right of withdrawal ends once access starts (see our Refund and Returns Policy). Access lasts without an end date, for as long as your account exists.
Your account
You need an account to use your exams. Give us accurate details, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Permitted use
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the exams you bought for your own study. You may not:
- share your account or licence with others, or resell, rent or publish our questions or explanations;
- copy, scrape or systematically download our content, or use automated tools to do so;
- try to bypass the access controls or interfere with the website.
Exam questions, answers and explanations are for your personal study only. Review pages carry a personal code that lets us trace copied content to an account. We may suspend access if these rules are broken.
About our content
Our questions are written by us. They are not real exam questions and are not taken from any vendor’s exam. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, CompTIA or any other certification vendor. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Practice exams help you prepare, but we cannot guarantee that you will pass a real exam. Exams and objectives change, and we update our content as we are able; always check the vendor’s current exam page.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the website available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may update the exams and the website, and we may update these terms. The terms that applied when you ordered keep applying to that order.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights. We are liable for damage caused by our intent or deliberate recklessness, and for anything else only up to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost income or exam fees, and we do not guarantee that you will pass an exam.
Governing law and disputes
Dutch law applies. Disputes are brought before the competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
