Digital products only
PrepKiwi sells digital content: practice exams you use online in your account. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to send back.
Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. For digital content that is not on a physical medium, this right ends once we start delivery, if you gave your prior express consent to that and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal as a result.
At checkout we ask you to confirm that you want instant access and understand that the right ends when access starts. If you confirm, access starts immediately after payment and the right of withdrawal ends at that moment. If you do not confirm, you cannot complete the purchase.
Model withdrawal form
If a right of withdrawal applies to your purchase, you can use this form, but you do not have to. You can also simply tell us clearly, in writing, that you withdraw.

If something is wrong
Your statutory rights remain if the content is defective or does not work as described. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the problem. We will fix it or, if we cannot, refund you.
Goodwill refunds
Beyond your legal rights, PrepKiwi does not offer refunds. If an exam is faulty, contact us and we will fix it or, where the law requires, refund you.
How refunds are paid
An approved refund goes back to the payment method you used, normally within 14 days of approval. Your bank or card provider may need extra time to show it.
